September Monthly Motivation – 3 Tools to use to help you transform your mind from fear to freedom and get the wheels in motion to create the life you deserve.
When you commit to making changes and working on yourself it can become really overwhelming when you have so much to do. I know I felt like that at the start and still do on occasions, but when I broke everything down to bite size chunks I began to relax a bit and actually managed to get more done.
I don’t want you to feel overwhelmed, stressed and anxious about creating the life you want. I want you to feel empowered, excited and motivated, because firstly you will get more done, but ultimately it will leave you feeling so much better and more equipped for the exciting journey you have ahead of you!!
This is about having fun, taking control, feeling energized and raring to go, RIGHT?!
Each month I am going to share with you 3 things I would love for you to try. You don’t have to try all of them if you don’t want to, it is your choice, but each one of these tips will create a massive step forward and will help you to get in the right head space to feel comfortable with change and to build a awesome foundation to grow and develop into the amazing person you are .

TIP NO 1 – GET CLEAR ON WHAT YOU WANT:
If you want to make positive changes in your life, you need to be really clear on what that looks like and how it is going to make you feel. The clearer you are the easier it is to visualize and create it.
Write down all the things you want to feel and achieve – without the ifs, buts and maybes. Go wild and really let loose, think of things that make you happy, that you want more of in your life and don’t hold back.
Once you have an idea on what you want, really get clear on what that means for you. What it looks like, feels like, who does it involve, what actions can you take today that will kick start this goal?
TIP NO 2- BREAK IT DOWN
To stop yourself going into a panic break it all down and create bite sized chunks. A great way to do this is by creating a Dream Jar – Write each of things you want to achieve on a piece of paper and add it to the jar. Fill the jar with amazing notes and commit to picking one each morning and spending at least 2 minutes each morning visualizing it happening. It will allow you to create a movie in your mind and to keep focused on everything you want.
TIP NO 3 – KEEP FOCUSED
Change your passwords to match your goals so everytime you check your phone and laptop you are reminded of your goals.
You can also change peoples names in your phone of people who you speak to a lot and have them linked with your goals – My dad is No 1 Mindset Coach, Jonno is Online Expert, my sister is Financial freedom, Mum is Success. All fun but they keep me focused and make me smile when it flashes up.
