For anyone who is feeling overwhelmed right now I want you to stop and take a breath and let me remind you that all your amazing ideas and goals for this year don’t have to completed all at once!

Your head is probably spinning, you have great plans, you know this year has opportunities and success waiting for you and you want it to all come together right now, but you are feeling confused, foggy even, you don’t know where to start, what to do first and so you are flitting from one thing to the next! One minute you feel energised and raring to go, the next you are tangled up with fear and doubt, your energy dips and procrastination kicks in. It’s exhausting right!

Please can I just remind you Rome wasn’t built in a day!

You don’t need to have all the answers, all the actions in place right now.
All you need to do is keep putting one foot in front of the other, break everything down and get clear on what needs to happen first!

Work backwards!!

What do you need to do before anything else to get started?
What is your absolute priority this month?
In order for you to achieve you goals what 4 things do you need to achieve by the end of the month?
Who do you need to connect with to help you?
What can you let go off?
How can I make this fun?

When you are clear on this, program your mind for success:

Create a morning routine that sets you up for the day
Visualise how you want your day be
Create mantras that are aligned with your goals
Exercise
Journal
Surround yourself with music
Mediate and Ask yourself – what do I need to focus on today?

When we break everything down and reconnect to the intention and purpose everything feels manageable!
